During dinner time, our family in Temecula suggested we try a local pho place. I ordered the seafood pho while my partner chose a vermicelli noodle dish. The wait wasn't too long, and our orders arrived one after the other. I usually like to taste the broth before adding any condiments to appreciate its natural flavor, which I believe reflects the quality of the broth. Unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the spot, but after adding some condiments, the flavor improved. Some spicy chili oil would have complemented it well. Would still love to come back to try the more popular dishes.

Outstanding on all levels! Love how tucked away and chill it feels. The BBQ SHRIMP Vermicelli was FANTASTIC! So was the dish with BBQ pork! Thai tea could have been a bit stronger with more tea and less milk. Would like to try the spring rolls with tofu next time and also try the Pho. The vermicelli dish really hit in the summer tho! Love the cold noodle salad vibe. All the sauces were delicious! We'll be back to try other things! So many different options on their menu! Service was really good and the waiter was dancing so you know the vibe was on point! Fist pumps for the win!

So delicious! I'm in Temecula for work this week and I'm so grateful I get to eat here daily! The pho broth is addictive. Tried banh khot for the first time. Yum! The tendon bone marrow pho can feed a family of four with all that silky, perfectly cooked beef. The take out came with two containers of broth. I will be very sad when this work assignment is over and I head back to Los Angeles.

Great portions, delicious pho, quick service. Plenty of seating and I appreciate that the menu has tons of photos of the actual food. Prices are reasonable given the quality and portion sizes. I always get the spring rolls and #1 pho bowl. I pretty much always need a to-go container. Regular rotation when I'm in the area.

Pho Minh by far, is the most authentic and the best Pho place in the area. This is coming from someone who used to live in Orange County and frequents the Westminster and Garden Grove area. We have been to Pho Minh several times both dine in and DoorDash. The service has been consistently friendly, fast, and efficient. Im so glad that we found this cute little spot and we no longer have to drive 75 miles to OC just to have great authentic Pho. This place does it!

SO AFFORDABLE and fresh quality! $30 for 2 people I'll add photos later! I'm a foodie and chef! I shared the beef bone soup with my husband and one appetizer. If you like durian or taro, GET ONE! It's the real stuff, NOT powder! $7

After a night of drinking, everyone is craving some warm comfort food. We're so happy to have found such a legit Vietnamese place. The pho broth was very fragrant with spices and a tad sweet. The Bo kho broth had a depth of spices and sweet from the carrots and onions, very beefy. The Banh beo had crispy pork cracklings which is authentic but rare to see in the US. Most places omit or replace with fried croutons. My only complaint is that their fish sauce aka nuoc Cham was pretty plain. Wish it was jazzed up with garlic, chili flakes, lime juice, and sugar. The Banh khot flavors were good. I did wish it was crispier. Overall in the top 10% of Vietnamese restaurants for sure. And surprised to find such a good find in random Temecula. I eat plenty from San Gabriel Valley, Oakland, and San Jose to give you context.

Food: 4.5. I visited 2/16/24 just after 12 pm. Found this place on Yelp. Place was moderately busy but we had no problem getting a table. Ordered the #98 Big Bone Soup, #24 Cơm Tấm Bì Chả Sườn Nướng, and some chicken wings. Food came out timely and at the right temperature. Wings were very good albeit messy as they were covered in sauce. Soup broth was flavorful and the meat was tender. Rice and pork chop were cooked right (chop was tender and moist) and were flavorful. Service was the weak point for this place like most Vietnamese restaurants I've visited. No followup and we had to constantly ask for help. Ambiance was comfortable. I'll definitely be back. The food here is considerably still the best vietnamese cuisine in temecula. I love their egg noodle number 83A! Their banh khot is also really good. I suppose those things are good if their nuc mam sauce is good. Which, their nuc mam sauce is really good. I love that my dogs love it here too. If you're looking for a good vietnamese place, this is it!
